A trade has been finalized this weekend between your Coquitlam Express and the Langley Rivermen.
COQUITLAM RECEIVES:
Mason Kesselring (04)
Jack Bakker (07)
LANGLEY RECEIVES:
Jackson Krill (04)
Sebastian Bradshaw (05)
“This is a strategic hockey move for both clubs,” Express GM and COO Tali Campbell stated. “We extend our thanks to Jackson and Sebastian and wish them the very best in their future. We’re also thrilled to welcome Mason and Jack, two talented individuals who we believe can significantly contribute to our club’s success this season.”
Kesselring is in his second BCHL season and currently has 51 points in 65 games of experience, including 26 goals. He will be a dynamic threat joining the Express Top 6. Bakker is a speedy young player that Express fans are familiar with as one of the goal scorers in a tough 3-2 loss at the Lodge earlier in October. He split time between Penticton and Sherwood Park last season before joining Langley this offseason.
It is always tough to see players go but there are many great moments they will be remembered for. We won’t have to wait long to see them again as January 10th, your Express and the Rivermen face off in Langley at the Lodge.
